Family Visit

My mom and her sister Kathy arrived in town yesterday afternoon.  They wandered down to A1A Ale Works in St Augustine for a late lunch and then headed over to our place.  We had some Italian Chicken, a favorite/easy meal for the wifey to throw together real quick and enjoyed catching up, shared some pictures/video of our helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon last year and then watched some shows we both enjoy and called it a night.  It was a long day for them, so they were tired out.  They made it till 10pm, not too bad. 

For tomorrow, they're going to take a trip up towards Amelia Island, with potential stops along the way to hit up some parks.  They weren't able to get a car with GPS from the place they rented and they do not have smart phones, so we hit up Google Maps and had to rely on stuff called 'print outs' to guide them along their journey.  I'm expecting many phone calls to myself or the wifey throughout the day. 

I'm looking forward to seeing where they ended up going and hopefully they will have a good time exploring.  Then when we get home from work we're planning to head to Caps on the Water for a sunset dinner on the water.  Good times ahead!
