Blog Design Changes

I've noticed that the more little buttons and gadgets on my page, the slower it has been loading.  In an effort to make things quicker and more streamline I'm going to be working on the blog this week.  Some things you might notice, others not as much.  So fear not if you come to the blog and don't recognize things.  Hopefully you will like the changes, let me know as things unfold.  Thanks!
