One of our favorite things to do is to go out to dinner at waterfront restaurants. One of our favorite places is Cap's on the Water, which is where we went this past weekend. It's a restaurant built around these huge trees, I think they're Oak Trees and it's on the Intracoastal Waterway...food is great, atmosphere is just as good and if you can get a table just prior to sunset you have the perfect trifecta! This was our first trip of the year and we took advantage of the beautiful 80 degree weather...
Blackened Triggerfish, plantains and red beans/rice...my favorite!
